The state participates in the financial system in the investments it has in COFIDE as a development bank, a habitual activity developed by companies and institutions authorized to raise funds from the public and place them in the form of credits and investments. It is the set of institutions in charge of the circulation of the monetary flow and whose main task is to channel the money of the savers towards those who wish to make productive investments. The institutions that fulfill this role are called "Financial Intermediaries" or "Financial Markets". The efficiency of this transformation will be greater the greater the flow of savings resources directed towards investment.
